Her passion for viticulture and love of the land led Giorgia to study Oenology at Italy’s leading viticultural college, l’Istituto Tecnico Agrario di S. Michele a/A, where she obtained her diploma in 1994.
In 1995, she started working in the technical department at Cesarini Sforza Spumanti, where she gained invaluable experience in the vinicultural methods of sparkling wine, focusing on the classic and the charmat methods.
Since 2001, she has been in charge of winemaking at Cesarini Sforza, where she is supported by a team of oenologists and agronomists, who together produce the best possible quality base wine for our sparkling wines. |
