Tasting Notes

The aromatic bouquet is reminiscent of apricots, peaches and quince – the typical fruit of the Trentino foothills, together aromas of wild flowers. The palate is intense, fresh and elegant. Perfect with fish, risotto, white meats and goats cheese. |
