CRU RANGE

CRU:Developed in the late 1990’s, Cru wines are obtained from grapes grown in vineyards located in select micro-zones, corresponding to specific Trentinian farms. Cru wines are produced within the frame of the Zoning Project, a study of climatic and agronomical conditions of winemaking areas, with the purpose of identifying the traits which allow cultivation to be optimized. Wines made according to these specifications, and coming from a very small and particular area have unique characteristics, which are a direct expression of their territory.
