Having graduated from the Istituto Agrario San Michele in 1974, Francesco Polastri has over 35 years experience in winemaking. His career began in Montepulciano in Tuscany, then he moved to Trentino. After 10 years in Trentino, he started working as a consultant for some of the most prestigious wineries Trentino, Franciacorta, Veneto and Friuli. Since 2007 he has overseen the oeonologists at La Vis. |
